Getting your real estate license in Florida can be a long process. The fastest way is to focus on your goal: passing the final exam!
The test can be challenging. The average exam pass rate sits at just 48% to 55%.
But I will give you all the tips you need to beat the final exam, easy and fast. First of all, you must complete the 63 hours Florida pre-exam.
Remember you don’t have to know everything. So that’s OK if you didn’t pay attention to the classes as long, after each chapter you take a quiz. You must get books on the public library to take as much practice exams available out there.
Which book should I study from?
If you are doing the quiz technique, all theory is bullshit. You should get all books you find at your library and take all the practice exams available. Some books have the practice exams separate per chapter.

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER: You must have a United States Social Security number to apply.
EDUCATION: Must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.

EXAMINATIONS: The examination is given by Pearson Vue. Online!
FEE: Pay the required fee as provided in the application.
FINGERPRINTS: must be completed at least 5 days prior to applying. An applicant must have a background check as part of the licensing process. You must submit your fingerprints using a FDLE approved Livescan Service Provider immediately after submitting your application for licensure.
